We recently stayed at this hotel for hen and from the booking until check out I cannot fault the hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was delicious and best of all the hotel is right beside everything! The parking is not within the hotel but at the shopping centre car park and depending what exit you come out of it can be a bit of a walk if you have a lot of bags but this is the only downside I found.I forgot this was only a three star, it seems more like a 4 star! Will definitely be back :)

Lovely hotel places near city center. Nice clean hotel room. Extremely Nice staff. And I need to highlight Emma who was working 13.06.24 and who was in charge of the breakfast. Wonderful and SO serviceminded . She made the start of the Day perfect. Way to go Emma.

I always stop here for breakfast and coffee before boarding coaches or trains as the stations are a three minute walk from here.

Della nostra vacanza itinerante per l'Irlanda (volo + treni) con percorso Pisa → Cork → Limerick → Galway → Athlone → Dublino → Pisa, il soggiorno all'erre Square Hotel di Galway è stato il più lungo (3 notti); tutti sono stati positivi per qualche ragione e anche questo non fa eccezione, seppur non sia stato il migliore.|Un hotel work-in-progress visto che al nostro piano era in ri-allestimento la carta da parati (la moquette che è la costante di tutta l'Isola di Smeraldo non risultata linda in alcune ore del giorno, ma la ragione erano i lavori: gli installatori hanno lavorato con discrezione ed intelligenza (d'altra parte se vanno fatti, vanno fatti), non facendo rumore (almeno non nelle ore di ragionevole impegno delle camere) e con velocità elevata (al check-out ci siamo tolti la soddisfazione di vedere il corridoio terminato).|Ambiente piuttosto carino (l'area colazioni è sostanzialmente un pub ma molto più arioso, elegantino e ben allestito). Colazioni ricche (anche se forse più "industriali" rispetto alle altre), personale molto laborioso, gentile e disponibile.|Vicinanza ad ogni cosa (praticamente si trova davanti alla stazione ferroviaria) e imbocca la piazza che gli dà il nome!

Todo el personal es muy amable, la ubicacion del hotel en Galway es excelente, cerca de todo, las habitaciones limpias y muy confortables. El servicio de desayuno es muy completo. Es un hotel muy recomendable para visitar en Galway

This hotel doesn’t have the best Yelp reviews, but sometimes it comes down to digging into the comments. You book this hotel for cost and convenience - We took a redeye to Dublin and landed at 8:30 am on a Saturday. We took the 9:20 am train to Galway. When we got to Galway, this hotel was a two minute walk from the train station and it was ready for check in at noon. Thats exactly what you want after not sleeping for 36 hours! We also were doing an all day Viator bus tour to the Cliffs of Moor and several other sites, and that was a five minute walk from the hotel. As others have noted, it’s a super quick walk to Budget rental (where you can rent a car day of), as well as many restaurants and shops. Your room includes breakfast which was a pretty typical hotel breakfast. ||Was it noisy at night? Yes, our first night was a Saturday night in the city and you’re above a pub! But we shut the window and popped in ear plugs and turned on the fan and we were fine. I slept through the entire night and I’m not a great sleeper. There is no AC because it’s Europe and most cheap to mid-priced hotels don’t offer AC.

Myself and 2 friends had a lovely stay. The staff were exceptional, especially because my friend was on crushes and also had a mobile chair. They went over and above to make sure we had a great stay. Everything was perfect for us. We will return in the Autumn Rebecca

This wonderful hotel is set in the best spot of Galway, near to everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Food and cocktails were amazing, top class quality. The room was lovely, upon arrival we met a warm and welcoming receptionist that gave us amazing tips about what to do in Galway.|Plan on returning in late summer for a longer stay - would most definitely recommend here!

The hotel is well located very near the bus/train station, and close to tour pickup points. They have an excellent restaurant also, and there is a convenience store across the street. The staff was great, the hotel was clean and nicely furnished, the room was small, but comfortable (we had a double bed and a single bed). I would stay here again if returning to the area.

Amazing stay at the Eyre Square Hotel. This hotel is in the heart of everything and was so convenient, yet quaint and clean and well serviced. The front desk staff were friendly and so helpful with great advice for local spots. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Bar / restaurant very stylish. Rooms a little dated compared to the lobby and bar, but they were very comfortable and quiet.
